This is a section where I post poems sent to me by people who have found my site and wish to display their own works. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

DEAR GOD

do old dogs
have wrinkles
underneath their fur

if tortoises had whiskers
would you
make them hinged

cats are smiling
aren't they
when they purr

and if pigs fly
I'm sure it's you
who made them winged

and is there
a heaven
where the dead can be

dear God
I hope you're
not lying to me
