Dragon Fly

Keep it to yourself
Your thoughts are scaring me
Hide it in your soul
'Cause that's where it ought to be

Crystal ball in hand
Genuine it seems
You awaken from the darkness to the sound
Of your own screams.

Sometimes a little pill reminds you to forget
As the night returns to silence... you fill your bed with sweat
I hear the dragonfly... I hear the dragonfly... somewhere in the star lit sky.

You sharpen your tongue
On a sensitive soul
Your lips are dropping
Fragments of stone

Weighs heavy on my heart
Tearing me apart
However far we go
We're right back where we start.

Sometimes a little pill reminds me to forget
As the night returns to silence... my body's covered in sweat
I hear the dragonfly... I hear the dragonfly... somewhere in the star lit sky.

You give all your marbles to a friend with no name
Guess it doesn't really matter 'cause we're all the same
When the night grows darker
The sky grows darker
The faces are all the same

I hear the dragonfly... I hear the dragonfly... somewhere in the star lit sky.
