In a heartbeat we are one
A life
A soul
A love to end it all
She loved me once
But love is lost so often
Fall from grace
Broken hearted, I weep
Her eyes are turned
Her back to me
Forlorn, I wish for redemption
In her eyes I am gone
No more will I feel her touch
Her breath
Her words
I look to the sky
